Slightly confused, are they calling the team who should get the penalty in the scrum rather than the usual approach of who should be penalised?

Me too. Twice AR calls 'red,red,red', first time Glos play on. The second time we got penalised. Puzzled.

Carley seems to have solved the confusion, the AR is just keeping his mouth shut.

Don't quite agree that West is "on toast" in the scrum here. Balmain seems to be the one standing up under pressure first.
