My biggest worry here is the challenge to give enough game time to all 3 players to keep them happy. They're all still young enough to want to develop and earn the first choice tag, and even if Jacob, as seems likely, moves to 15, we have good options there too at present. Losing 1 may be inevitable, losing 2 would be bad for continuity IMO.
