That has got to be the worst game management I have ever seen, what the hell is Lee doing, making so many changes in a short period of time. Porter coming on and not even bothering, brain dead decisions.

How many bloody times do wasps have to do this and lee still doesn’t learn from it. Ridiculous

I think Lee was thinking of the next game and subbed players too early. Game definitely dropped off when Dobby went off.

Wow, a 25 point lead butchered.
Thought we defended very well in patches and our attack looked a lot more cohesive. Good individual performances, line out good as was the scrum, not sure how we didn’t win that. Credit to Irish for the comeback, great game!

Well for 60 minutes we were great. Then we were abysmal. Really needed some game management or even just the ability to kick it off the pitch! Feel sorry for the forwards who should have won it for us. No idea why we were trying to tap and go when all we needed to do was see it out. Just brainless at the end.

Before all the Wasps bashing…we had an exceptional 70 minutes.
Let’s not forget that.

Also…let’s not forget that on Page 1 of this thread I warned you about Harry Arundell and what he could potentially do.
And I was absolutely spot on.
I can see the talent….and he worried me before the game.
Josh Lewsey…Version 2.0

Amazing game of rugby.
And you know what…life is what it is. I enjoyed the first 70 minutes immensely.
I’ve loved this game. Not everything is about the result.

We’ll learn from this.
We aren’t the finished article yet.

But, yes….watch out for Harry Arundell. England’s future 15 looks sharp.
(And yes, I’ve been watching him for a while as he went to my old school).

The amount of times we switch off as a team is shocking.

Just slow the game down, I just don’t understand how you cant train for that

Hopwood. I’m not really interested in Arundell. I’m concerned how we threw away a 25 point lead in 20 minutes. I thought we were heading for a complete display but we’ve gone from that to a massive feeling of deflation that the squad will feel too. It’s not Wasps bashing - just the simple recognition that what we’ve done today really isn’t good enough.

No chance of beating sale and especially tigers who will most probably teach us how to play to the end

We don't have time to learn. We're already notoceably behind the top 6 and now we in all likelihood won't qualify for top tier European competition next year. Butchering that kind of lead is inexcusable. It doesn't matter how good we were for a portion of the game, all that really counts is the score board and the league table.

Paulo was useless when he came on. Sauntered around in defence with no pace at all. Gave them the outside twice from which they scored.

Paulo, Miller Mills, Porter all of them were awful today. Miller Mills looks miles off a premiership prop at present, and probably is a clear demonstration of why we need an A league. Paulo and Porter should be ashamed as they are way better than that!

It’s a forum. I’m offering my thoughts.
