Car park season ticket renewal

Just tried to renew but website says "Not available for new tickets, only renewals" (!?)

Yes, I emailed them Friday awaiting a reply.

Just had a reply saying it is for current car park holders to renew only, which I am and said si in my first email, so have replied again.

I want more info as if it is 150 am going to look at alternatives.
Did they say car park C will exist all next year?

Car Park C is available all season the Ticket Office staff have been told - I asked specifically.

Have you tried renewing via clicking the red dot on your account picture top right indicating your renewals and clicking the link for car park renewal from there?

This is wasps.
Season tickets will be sent after the first game of the season
Car parking will be a piece of paper you have to print at home for the first 2 games
After 3 games, everything will be sorted

If its the same issue as I have we have no notification of renewal as if we aren't current pass holders. Email from ticket office today to call them although if its 150 might use one of the off site which seem much cheaper.

Just rang and sorted my car park C as till wasn't appearing online but as usual quickly sorted by the team. He mentioned that there will probably be a physical pass to show for next season and can be transferred between vehicles rather than having to contact parking team every time as a response to feedback about that and the free parking some seem to get with no checks.

Also a reminder deadline for renewal is 3rd June and not sure how much they are open over bank holidays.
