Genuine question - how many times did Malakai bugger up passes (forward, incomplete etc). Nice guy but to me he seems to have been a liability most of the time.
I will rephrase. How many times did Malakai bugger up passes (forward, incomplete etc) and miss tackles. A lot. He had a really bad day at the office. He appeared disconnected form the other backs, as if he hadn't trained with them for weeks, on a different wavelength.
In fact, you might say that about all of them. None of them seemed to know what the other was doing, going to do, or had in mind. I think the phrase is rudderless. That is the main issue in the backs. No leader.
