So a "European" league has its final switched to SA.  Domination is coming and CVC have said we can do nothing about it.

The final never had a fixed venue; the highest seeded side would have hosted the final. Had Leinster won against the Bulls, they'd have hosted the final as the top seed.

You can’t exclude teams because they’ll win. It’s up to the others to get better. It might level the playing field a bit in Europe and internationally.
