100% he won’t get cited for that.
I am still yet to see the JTA ‘striking’ that got him banned for three matches and ultimately led to him never getting picked again for Wasps

I fear you're right as it's the sainted Owen Farrell, who appears to be constantly in the blind spot of TMOs and citing officers alike, no doubt with some pressure applied from the RFU to protect the Golden Child.

Totally agree, but was interesting to watch Quins, who love to indulge in that sort of niggly wind up themselves not enjoying it one bit when dished out to them.
