Wow. Seems like we just finished. Pre season will be fun in 30-36 degrees  :D. Bring on the friendlies!

I guess with the new season starting on September 16th, the timing is about right. I guess this week will be fairly gentle. Player fitness assessment and getting the break out of their systems.

I suspect the boys will be spending a lot of time in the gym.  I seem to remember that having AC.
