AFAIK yes, apparently landed close to one of the judges.

From what I could see, the speakers and banners etc were supported by a gantry infrastructure that was CG specific and bolted onto the Arena roof so one for CG contractor.

It's being reported as a speaker cover that fell, not the actual speaker itself
