As good a half as I could have imagined us playing. Let’s keep it going 🐝

It's the defence speed.

Glaws looking woeful at HT. Even the shed has started booing their box kicking.

Very impressive so far. Some labelled Odendaal “bang average”. That he is not. Gutted for Minozzi. Our additions look like good ones. Our TH options are quite frightening. Atkinson & Robson superb so far. Like our 12/13 combo.

Please please, keep this going. I’m nervous because we have been here before. That was a very good half, Charlie really good, burger playing well, McDonald has also had a good game

I am concerned about Tom's throwing in. Watching on TV, they seem to often stray to the Glaws' side of the lineout.

Scrummaging has been better than I feared given it 4th choice loosehead.

Also, Odendaal isn't looking like a 2nd rate journeyman which is a description that I believe I've read on here

Very long 40 minutes to go.

Gloucester won’t be that bad second half. No more injuries please.

Just in terms of this half - it reminds me of the Wales win in SA - they were v comfortable in what they were doing and got (in their case) a result. What we've done is probably more and better than the coaches would have expected - but we've been comfortable in our plan to date which does seem to combine pragmatism and running.

I'd be keen as a coach to make sure we pin them back again asap 2nd half and get the next score if possible and make it seem too hard. No room for complacency - Glaws are not a bad side.

I'm hoping it's just timing given that it's first game of the season

I’d expect Frost’s throwing to be weaker although he will offer great go forward in the loose later.
Keeping these two locks on will help massively though for the hookers, especially with no real lock cover and Shields off too

Yep scrum better then I thought it would be, John Ryan doing really well, Hislop when he is not over extending is also doing well
