The popular ex-Wasp is named in the Samoa squad for their NH tour this Autumn, facing Italy, Georgia and Romania.

Obviously a NZ cap previously, he is a "new cap" for Samoa. Stephen Luatua also named as a "new cap" too.

Lining up alongside the lines of Theo McFarland, Chris Vui and Alapati Leiua they could be a good side come RWC2023.

Good for him. He'll add value to their group regardless of playing minutes. Is he playing much at Ulster?

Samoa's issue has always been finding a decent 10 to link their ferocious forwards and backs. But Luatua is a huge addition to that squad, probably the most significant.
