The council very well may have the right to do this but I see this article as nothing more than sticking the knife in a little more.

Typical Gilbert trash story. It wouldn't have taken more than a few seconds to figure that the current process Wasps are involved in does not qualify as a form of insolvency. In fact, one of the purposes of the procedure Wasps have used is to prevent this type of clause being triggered. But, hey, why would Gilbert let the facts get in the way of a well researched, balanced article?

Also, aside from the fact that the scenario we are currently in is not this one this clause has been in the public domain since the bond was issued. It’s very far from being a “scoop”. Sensationalist nonsense.
