I don't think Zach's form was helped by his stint at full back last season.

Interesting to see Bassett starting at FB for Quins last weekend - something I don?t think we ever tried.
Also Hartley again doing well in the centres for Sarries - I wonder if we would have seen him appear this season for us in the premiership or whether we would have kept him at Ampthill and for cup games again.

I think almost everyone in our backline bar Bertie played at 15 over the past couple of seasons! I can't remember him ever covering there, though.

We (scottish) hammered richmond 49-3 in our relegation battle yesterday with a back line where 12-15 have all played for wasps at some point (simonds, Anderson, mehson and ingall).

No idea what their contract status is but a wasps phoenix club could do a lot worse than looking to resign Anderson and mehson who have been our best 2 backs by a mile this season - and far too good to be pottering around at the bottom of the table with us.

Agreed on this. Was watching (!) on twitter as too ill to attend. Just need one more week of steady play!

Watched most of Bordeaux (featuring Gabby and Tom W) v Lyon (featuring Lima) last night. Was 9-6 when I had to turn it off, and the Bordeaux scored a couple of late tries!

Tom W was noticably rumbunctious in the third quarter, a number of bullocking runs.

You missed Matteo, Marcus playing and Jacob on the bench for Treviso's Semi (with Brookes on the bench for the winners)

Double for Kibirige today, mention on commentary about possibly going to Saracens.

Spink very prominent too.
