If anyone qualifies for being a rugby creditor, that is, so the Phoenix club should be paying him, and all players, any unmitigated losses.

Didn't I read somewhere that Brad is (was) owed c.£175k by Wasps?? No wonder he is livid.

Brad's image rights company is owed £77,500. I assume its a rugby debt so should get paid by the new club.

Malakai is owed £115,000

Dobby also is due £17,500 for his image rights Ltd company.
