IMHO any player who sustains even the slightest head collision, should be withdrawn from playing for the rest of the match.

That player should then undergo a scan within the following 48 hours to assess whether they are fit to resume training.

The current HIA protocol is rubbish.

Seems to make sense, I like the note that the risk is balanced against the benefits of sport.
