Another final quality match, wow.
Deeply upsetting result however given the pre game bullshit by the only man in rugby who makes Eddie Jones look good. Rather hoped SA would kop for one.
Thought the French were the better team by some margin on the night.

South Africa were brilliant but were allowed to get away with a lot of breakdown disruption. Worst performer by far was the referee.

France were very good but were hustled into far more errors than usual and lost a bit of composure in the 2nd half. SA took their chances, including wrongly awarded penalty shot from halfway.

Gut feel on the night was Bo K had a bit of a stinker, like many antipodean refs when dealing with the boks.
Boks had a lot going right for them bounce of the ball wise, it happens. Ref, however, well I suspect the result would have been different with Dixon in charge, say.
Got a strange feeling that one of NZ or SA might stumble in the semi.
Yes, even considering the poor opposition in the SA one.

Yep. I wanted to see when he started. 20 odd meters before 3 or 4? Dubious!

They probably get checked in the background and the ref updated, the problem is the French TV directors prefer to give us cut-always to gurning fans rather than show replays of key plays.

It drives me mad, they?re almost as bad as BBC Wales in the 6N.

BoK named as ref for the semi.
Unbelievable, but expected.
