This makes good reading https://www.coventrytelegraph.net/sport/rugby/wasps-a-northampton-wanderers-report-15611278 and against a very senior Northampton side.
It was fine when I left it.....

Sounds like Gaby might finally be recovering from the injury he's been carrying for some time. He's another I've seen amazing things from who just hasn't been able to step up recently. The first game of the season against ale last year was a masterclass in evasive running from him. If he's able to do that again he'd be pushing for first choice in my book.

Where of course is another matter...

Watson also appeared to have a good game, I am a sceptic where he is concerned but we need intelligent flair at the moment (not the looped pass nonsense from yesterday) and perhaps he can bring that. Oghre  looks to be developing nicely and Umaga seemed to be pretty good from what I read. Interested to see what the 23 vs. Saints looks like. I can see preferred player changes from the Quins game coming and at last we seem to be getting a larger squad of fitter players.

Finally, I would like to say I also got very close to joining DW on more than one occasion but felt it was cliquey and cynical, glad I didn't and glad I am here.

Thanks for sharing the story - agree it is pretty good news to hear that options are becoming available for the wing.

It was an interesting game to watch. Our younger, less experienced side was out-muscled in the scrum and out-jumped in the lineout. That was where we lost the game (the lineout).

Watson was OK in attack, but not in defense. Gaby was very good. Umaga's kicking was very good. He has noticeably bulked up as well.
