Loose-head prop.

Rolling subs may be the order of the day. 15 minutes each?

Not a chance, you volunteered to playe second row! :D

It's coming along nicely.  Much like the current Wasps team we seem to be short a centre, a winger, and a few forwards though.

Well, I played LHP mainly when a bit of a fattie, I also played 6 when fitter, and when I returned from Loughborough Uni really, really fit., I played 12 in a Jamie Roberts style (in my head) for a team of PE teachers for a while before beer and curry and lack of opposition meant I ended up back as a LHP....

Currently 6-1 and 17 stone - LHP material, THP at a pinch, world's worst 12.......

I'm 5 10 in the morning 14.5 stone and tighthead. We go back a bit in the scrums but i made the break leading to our first try, committed the fullback and passed to the support today.

Utility forward (or at a pinch utility back.)

Played everywhere bar scrum half. Started out at FB then to LHP, which is where most of my 35+ years was spent.

KIcked more points from LHP than most of the other 10s in the club!

Wow, it's almost unheard of to have more props than locks.
I'll gladly wear 4

I played scrum half up until 8 years ago but that's gone so put me down for wing as that's where I started playing whilst learning the game and couldn't get a run out at 9.

Could play across the 3/4 line. Also played, once, at FH because the usual FH failed to turn up, and got it terribly wrong. However was good at drop goals - once scored 3 in a match, and got hauled across the coals by John Dawes for it - "drop goals are for avoiding the loss in the last few minutes"

However now that CMT has taken over my feet I can't run (as the neurologist said "of course you can't run -  think yourself lucky you can walk without a stick!"), so think I'd better just watch from the side lines

Did you play with John Dawes or was he a coach?

VV, pop me in at 13. Played mostly at 12 but wasn't bad on the outside.

Now I'd be blowing after 5mins!!!!!

My best role is now most likely organising the beers and curry!

I would have taken 6, happy to take 7 but feeling my dodgy left shoulder today and all I have done is coach our U9s....will take 8 at a push.
It was fine when I left it.....

He came to the school I was at as Chemistry teacher, but, naturally, introduced rugby as an additional sport. I didn't realise who he actually was when he arrived.

It was fun then - he used us to try out moves he wanted to introduce to LW. It was during an inter-school match I dropped the goals which led to the reprimand.

Me and a mate formed a nomadic team called Bushy Park Vandals. Never managed to get any other players, in particular anyone that knew how to play, so we used to see how high we could kick the ball!

Sounds a bit like Wasps towards the end of the Adams Park era...
