I think you are being kind to the Prem there.  Regulation of transactions with connected parties is entirely possible, and indeed explicitly addressed in the salary cap.  It does require the regulator to give two hoots, though.

I suspect many will share your views on games involving Sarries.  Premiership will have an almighty problem if Saracens get to the final.

True. I will always show my due to a club who is successful and gets things right but they have to do it the right way. Whilst Saracen's may be compliant by the letter of the law, I believe it still isn't right. They then have the cheek to say they will become a victim of their own success come WC time. I have none of it.
