Won’t really notice any difference. Poor form this year, thought he would have stepped up as a senior leader during our troubles. Maybe he will from now to the end of the season?

... Maybe he will from now to the end of the season?

Not judging by his antics on field on Saturday he won't. Whilst he did make some good moves, he made some really bad ones too, and you could see him losing it a few times as well. Trying too hard? Too emotional?

This! I am sick of both him and Daly this season. They have been around long enough to be beyond their performances this season. Both have developed a nasty streak of histrionics which gets the team punished.  Last season's sparkling form has virtually disappeared. Liabilities both.
Let me tell you something cucumber

I actually feel for him.

He's done a lot of good for the club, and has put in some truly world class performances, but they have always come alongside someone else. He has really shone when acting as the supporting player. First with Beale, then with Cips.

Now we are expecting him to put aside that role and be the primary player in the team with no supporting player alongside him of any note. It's no surprise he is failing, it's not something he has ever done. If he was on the wing, and Beale was at 15 then almost everything he attempted would have come off and we'd have credited it all to Beale.

I for one will miss him hugely.

He has been my favourite FB at the club of all the galacticos, his performances last season with all of those assists were world class and then he went on to perform well again for SA on the world stage.
I wish him well with his future ventures and don’t resent him for wishing to pursue his international dreams when that option came about again for him and I do not resent Dai for allowing him to do that either.

However as some of mentioned above, the arm flapping, complaining and absolute petulance that have come from him and probably more so from Daly this season are not what I want to see from our players, especially with my son watching, as WLR is his favourite player (after Wade)

Clearly both Daly and WLR have had plenty on their minds this season and WLR has clocked up some serious air miles as well between games which hasn’t helped but he has not been worth the investment in him this season and I look forward to seeing how we build and push on without him next season now.
Last season though.... what a player
