Looking at Kieran Brookes’ Instagram it appears Marcus Garratt has spent the last three years in the gym. If he can stay fit maybe Dai has plans on him adding some ‘enforcer’ type physicality to things next year

Reading the comments, Kelly Sotherton did question if any of them ever had leg day.

When you look at other pics of Brookes though, his legs do look pretty sizeable.
Alo's thighs look like tree trunks on other pictures.... Although his calves don't appear that big.
