Title: Latching in the 22

I hadn't realised before hearing Ugo Monye in the Rugby Union Weekly pod that if you latch onto the ball carrier in the opposition 22 and are then tackled, the latched player  can seal off the ball. I had always thought that latched players had to roll away. Seems like an odd rule to me.
