Title: Quins v tigers and launch
Post by: bournender2 on January 26, 2024, 08:30:10 PM
Pre match had interview with Joe.

Looked really relaxed and smiled a hell of a lot - well for Joe! Made him look human and not the wasps robot we used to see week in week out.

Amazed that Ewells is higher in the England pecking order than Joe and Elliott S?

Actually wasn't impressed by his game. Mostly just seemed to lumber around. Though he was captain.

Yes, Joe has looked less than dynamic recently after a v good start with Quins, but he must be doing something right to be made Captain.

Tyrone Green for England? Power and balance as well as speed, and his passing is very sweet.

Always liked Green when fit. Dynamic.

Tyrone Green for England?

He's a Saffa (SA schools & u20s caps) who, apparently, has gone on record as saying he only wants to play for them.
Doesn't mean he won't qualify on residency at some point, nor that he doesn't have an English granny lurking somewhere in his family tree.
