Never thought I would make it to 63 after that heart attack, TBH. Feeling very rough this morning. Had a cold now for about two weeks (tested, and not Covid). My immune system and lungs both being compromised is not helping. My frazzled brain tells me it is someone else's (here on the forum) birthday also.

My daughter (who lives at home with me) said we can have fish & chips tonight (new owners at the village chippy, and since they took over they have been bonkers busy, you have to order 2 hours in advance!!), as long as I order, pay and collect the meal!! Gotta love daughters (she earns more than me). Guess if I want cake, I will have to go get one from Sainsburys. ;D ;D ;D ;D

On another forum yesterday we were discussing how good fish and chips were before health police stopped them using animal fat for frying. Still one of my favourite treats though.

Well, nearly time to get tucked in for sleep time. Fish & Chips had, cake had (small slice). Thanks for your kind words all of you. I wish there could have been beer, but that sort of thing is off the menu.
