BBC also reporting it as 'interim' so it must be a personal issue.

Hope all is well.

Good luck Lee!

(Thought Lee was mean't to be off to Cov wasn't he?)

'That' try is my favourite Wasps memory. Mainly because I couldn't go to the match.

While everyone seemed to be in London to see the game I was in ... Toulouse!

So, Tibo would not be welcome in France, as he would not be JIFF. Good news for us. I know the regulations are complex, but he will become EQP at some point, and the English hierarchy would be well served to cap him.

Depends what the player wants, maybe he wants to hold out for France. What are their rules for overseas players?

I'm also not in favour of capping to tie a player down. Could be happening to Umaga.

I'm not envious at all ....

Always wanted to work and live abroad but (to date) haven't quite managed either.

Somewhere with a rugby team would be a bonus!

To be fair, he might have a point if the loophole is being used to get within the cap.

Doesn't excuse Saracens though ...

A bit like you I cannot believe sitting in the changing room even the thickest EA player couldn't have grave worries looking around and thinking we are well over the limit.

Maybe they knew, maybe they had suspicions, but what could they have done about it? Go mob-handed to the boss and demand a pay cut? That'll be a first!

Yeah I am implying that someone saying 'I don't like Mondays' and shooting up a school is a bit more than a case of the Monday blues.

Also being careful not to trivialise any kind of genuine depression, but those who feel a bit low because it is a Monday, or a specific post Christmas Monday are perhaps on a different level to depression and whatever afflicted the woman who shot the school children.

Not sure it was established as a 'blue Monday' influenced event, but it was a January date.

What wingers do they have? I'd love a power runner like Northampton brought on against us

I hoped that Bassett could be that type of player - add a bit of bulk and back himself a bit more in contact. Does a bit of the latter but to me still looks a bit lightweight against other wings of that type.

Jimmy may well transition to the coaching side, I think it would be an attraction for a 10/12 to be coached by Gopperth.

Loz is a Wasp, while we wouldn't necessarily get first dibs, we'd deffo be in with a shout if we made a sensible approach.

Sops isn't value for money, he's decent, but not £600k decent. Maybe get two players for the price of one in the 10/12 positions and get rid of Le B at the same time. Sorry but there is a need to be be ruthless at the moment. We need a clear out at 10/12.

I do Gaz, taking the time to read the articles of said individuals provides the answer the the question.

Job done

Well since you read the article you will realise that there is nothing specific to suggest an effective rounded approach to supporting mental health so the question is a valid one. Alex is very complementary about the club, and the article shows that they have supported him very well from a physical and financial standpoint.

Given the number of players reporting mental health issues recently, there is surely more to be done around culture and support. I'm sure the club are striving to do everything they can to support their staff, and do not consider it a done deal.

Really tough read that.

I know his was a freak injury and no one can be blamed for that but with Rieder, Myall’s publicised struggles with mental health and who knows what happened with Matt Mullan, great again that a player is speaking up raising awareness of the need to support mental health but are we getting something wrong at the club with our holistic and pastoral care?
No. Not even sure why you'd raise the question.

Well that seems like a pretty authoritative response. It's ok everyone, Hymenoptera has cleared it up!

Thanks for posting. Grim reading indeed. Easier to list what he hasn't done to his knee. As for standing back up in the line and making a tackle with a dislocated shoulder .... I would say warrior, could say foolhardy, not sure which is more appropriate.

It is possible to have a 13 team league - I don't see the link between mergers and ring-fencing.
