Interesting (and very sensible) location. Adjacent to the M20/M25 interchange.Not a bad run from HW IF the traffic flows are good!

We live near HW (well actually between Hughenden Valley and Prestwood) and often run round the M25 (both going North and South) to that junction, and it has always taken longer than it normally takes to get up the M40 to the Ricoh/CBS.
