Happy watching everyone!
Would appreciate regular updates as down here in the Falklands BFBS are showing the Sarries Bath game - will have the radio but would appreciate some further insight.
Cheers
-
It’s not raining.
Just damp under foot.
-
The sight of that Exeter 'caterpillar' ruck makes me feel a little sick.
-
This may be an Exeter B Team, but they look compact and composed.
-
Penalty against Tom Y just wrong - addressed ball exactly lie Laws describe......
-
Quick thinking from Dobby & great chase from Zach
-
6-0.
But Exeter look pretty good too.
This could be a very close match.
-
We need to not try to be clever with scrums, we have an advantage, but not enough to escape 50/50 calls, but use that stable platform to attack from.
Nice try surely?
-
Well done Jacob. Try.
And conversion.
13-0
-
`exeter knock on and a try for Dobby
-
We need the full 5 points here, so lets not get over excited, accept a gift, but keep our heads down and working hard.

I must have misunderstood (I'm new to rugby) I thought that because we had a better points difference over Bath, that 4 points would be good enough for 2nd, what did I miss?
-
I love Malakai's hits

Bath would have more wins, and it comes down to wins first.

First separation is on games won before points come into the equation
-
Robson having a superb game.
Brilliant.
-
Damn, now I have to follow the Bath game too!
-
Damn, now I have to follow the Bath game too!
Don't bother for now :D, if we get 5 it doesn't matter what Bath do!
-
I would prefer Bath to finish 3rd though, and we play them at home, but one step at a time, make the final 4 first
-
Bath game is a bit of a kick fest so far - mixed feelings and love seeing Ben Spencer get one over on Wigglesworth but Bath on top at the moment - Sarries finding their feet a bit more now though
-

Fair point that!
EDit - TYhey just need to win to get that, their extra win will keep them ahead of everyone, 4 points is enouhg.
-
Good defence in their 22, making Chiefs work for every yard.
-
Surely Young is the 9 there, and shouldn't have been played. Ah well.
-
Minozzi seems to really be finding some form!
-
Doing the basics really well. Robson's decision making excellent.
-
Exeter just don’t have the experience in the playmaking positions.
I think if Wasps keep playing the percentage game, we’ll ease to a good win.
Keep doing the same and be clinical.
So far, so good.
-
Just thinking about it, getting Sale could be better than Bath, since they'll be massively weakened...
Actually though, I'd rather they came 5th, don't feel they should be in the playoffs at all now.
-
HT 25-0. Unconverted Gopps try.
-
Quick question
I’m not watching the other games.
But from today’s performances and including Sale....who do we not want in the semis?
And are Exeter a shoe-in for the final whoever the face?
-
I enjoyed that half. A few mistakes here and there but overall we seemed to have our heads in the right place.
More of the same in the second half to secure the BP and we don't have to worry too much about what happens below us.

Find a video of Malakai's tackle, however long it takes, find it. You absolutely will not regret it. Best tackle I have seen in years!

No idea about today, but in general I'd rather Bath over Bristol or Sale. Though Sale missing 16 players would be fine, since they must be players that went against Saints.
-
Yes. Great defence and a a try from nowhere. Typical Wasps.
-
And breathe
-
Exter fumble, Basset races the length for an easy try, 32-0 bonus point secured!

Here is said tackle
-
Jimmy owes Jacob a pint!
-
And breathe
I'll breath with this lead when it's 65 minutes on the clock. Otherwise there's time to lose.
-
Jacob down after catching a knee to the face. Doesn't look too bad.

Christ you are Mr Cheerful.

Unfortunately Gopperth stood on him!

Just not taking anything for granted! We absolutely should easily win this, and I'm 99.9% sure we will, but won't feel safe just yet :D.
-
:D
-
Was Robson injured or just replaced?
-
No obvious sign of injury.
-
Just replaced I believe, looked fine. Keep him wrapped in cotton wool, same with Jacob.
-
And another.
-
Now I can breathe.
-
Good!
-
OK, now I can whistle ;).
-
With the job seemingly done so long ago I've been impressed with the continued drive.
2nd place gives us top seeding for the European games next season doesn't it? It has been a while since I saw the new format details.
-
Oops Bath drawing
-
Are Bath out?
-
Well done boys who would have thought we would finish second considering where we were in February. Just frustrating we cannot be there with them. COYW
-
So we face Bristol or Sale now!
-
Damn! It looks like we get Bristol instead of Bath, unless a weakened Sale get a bonus point against Wuss, if Wuss concede, does that 20:0 give them a bonus point (I'm guessing not)
-
Clinical.
Bristol have some top drawer players but some who aren’t top class. I’d rather we play Bristol than Bath.
-

Yes, it would be a bonus point win.
-
Fekitoa v Radradra
Worth it just for that match up!
-
Do we know if we're playing Sat or Sun yet?
-

Not yet
-
I have sky sports, but not BT, is there anyway that I can pay to watch the wasps matches other than a 'long BT commitment' (don't mind a one off fee)? Or maybe there is a live link on the internet?

If you are a STH Wasps will give you a code to watch.
-
Exeter and Bristol would probably prefer Saturday, as it would give them an extra day before the Racing match. If Sale qualify they would prefer Sunday.
If it ends up Exeter v Sale PRL will again be in an awkward position - do they help an English team hoping to win European finals the following week, or a team who they have already bent-over backwards to help?
-
For me Exeter should get the choice for finishing top of the prem. They’ve already done Sale a favour so they should just have to suck it up and get on with it
-
It should be Saturday. That is the day that all clubs have been expecting and it already feels that we are making this up as we go along.
I think clubs will want to know pretty quick as I'm sure Wasps at least are planning to organise something at the Ricoh for fans to watch the game on screen somehow.
-
Whoever plays Sale will be on the Sunday.
-
Some real positives in that game again. Set piece, clinical finishing, good discipline. Individually thought Robson and Fekitoa stood out. We actually finished up 3 points away from Exeter!
-
Surpriisngly, to me, Bristol may be prioritising the Challenge Cup -- apparently Lam's focus this season (and he does seem to take the long view, perhaps seeing it as better prep for a Champions Cup push next season) -- and realistically their squad depth may be too thin to go for both.
-

You can pay for a one month BT subscription - hopefully will give you two wasps games in there but you’ll also get the Euro finals - £25 I think

The ST doesn't usually cover the play-offs (Premiership or Europeans) - they are extra ticket you have to pay for.

Normally yes but no decision on this season yet I understand.

Yes, I posted on this recently here.
You can get BT on Sky on a 1 month rolling contract, 25 GBP- you may have to have Sky Sports.
Switch it on via their website. It has a button to switch on, not sure how you switch it off.
Hope this helps.
-
BT on Sky takes 30 days to go live.
-

Seeds 1-4 are based on playoffs, so champions will be 1, losing finalists 2, losing semi finalists 3 and 4.
-
This is the link you want:
https://www.bt.com/sport/monthly-pass?s_intcid=con_portal_sport_in-page_bt-sport-monthly-pass
No Sky or BT needed, just £25.

You have to call them to switch off and do it straight away if you only want 1 month.
If I could only make one law it would be that if a company allows you to sign up for a service online you should be allowed to sign off off that subscription online,

I have asked the club to clarify the situation wrt match passes for the SF.

Highlights, but not full match, on the PRL site - all three of the other matches played yesterday have the full matches available.
