Not trying to be catty. I'm genuinely concerned for CCFC, and I don't like the idea that Wasps may be complicit in their destruction.

I really don't want CCFC to disappear and unless there is some shifting of positions then I am afraid that will probably be the result. There is an illuminating thread on SBT started yesterday by oldskyblue58 who is one of the few there who knows what he is talking about, speaks common sense and keeps bile and vitriol out of his posts. In one of his later posts in the thread he says "I don't think sisu believe wasps council efl or fa would allow ccfc to go bust. Usual arrogant aggressive high risk gamble by our owners to maximise investor return.
I am sure wasps and CCC realise and know the connections and who pulls the strings. But at some point all parties need a way out of this probably without backing down.... ". Here's hoping. It's an interesting read.

Basically Otium is CCFC, CCFC is a trademark, Otium is the ltd company. They are named on the JR case, as are Wasps (and let's be honest, the council may get fined, but it's Wasps that will be hit with the £30m bill if they do actually succeed).
Our legal bills last year cost more than the combined rent CCFC have paid us I believe, who needs tenants like that?
