Seems to be a common problem in football from Championship down.

What an unfair comment about Llanelli. We played them in some competition or other many year ago. First half in perfect sunshine. Sea fog came in at half-time and all the players disappeared altogether when they went into the foggy half and then reappeared in the sunshine a few minutes later. No idea what happened in the fog.

What’s happened to Perpignan? They were usually in the quarters or semis. Look the director of rugby from La Rochelle so this has been his first season.

And there’s not much of the season left so we have to find something new to talk about there.

The last (only?) time we won the Challenge Cup, beating Bath, we followed up with the Champions Cup the next season.
Remember we beat Leicester at home - which none of us expected.

A very strange Radio 4 interview with Wade. Mostly about his NFL experiences. An almost in passing comment about returning to rugby Union which was not followed up. I ended up wondering why they wanted to interview and why he said Yes. Do Premiership coaches ever listen to Today!?

hopwood: can’t disagree with your comments about Stoope.
Your other comments made me wonder why you supported Wasps with all the things you dislike.

Backdoc: any reason why you, & presumably others, avoided using Mitchell’s names our “most senior coach”? We all worked it out.
Ad there is a common view that the key positions are 2, 8, 9, 10 & 15. We are OK with the first three but uncertain about the last two.
We seem to have been trialling different players at 10 & 15 by selecting them for different games.

Is he still going to be working with Eddie Jones in Japan? Two strong personalities.

We were only 1.5 tries down Bournender. As you said, you were a little under the weather. 👺
