Yes. But they probably thought they needed someone from Sale in. The most consistent hooker I've seen this season is McGuigan at Newcastle.

Very well deserved. Finally this season he seems to be getting some long overdue recognition from outside the club. Probably the best bit of transfer business Dai ever did picking him up from Bedford. Player of the season for me, ahead of Robson by virtue of the fact he's been there all season.
(Incidentally, not seen anything about voting for a supporters' player of the season this year. Did I miss something?)
