Just a headsup to non-West Midlands folk.
The choice of tickets for the Commonwealth games opened today. It includes Rugby 7s at the Coventry Stadium (wherever that might be :) )
When I say choice it's a bit like the Olymlpics - you choose the Sport, day and time you want, pay for the tickets by card. Wait for the ballot to see if you actually get them, and if not get your card refunded.
Hopefully it's better than the Olympics when I also selected the option to get alternative day tickets if my first choice not available, and ended up with tickets for four different sports all happening at the same time!

I don't live in Birmingham but have a Brum postcode.
So got tickets for the 7's finals in the first ballot.
A few of my friends didn't but they only wanted the posh seats
If you go for tickets in any part of the ground it increases your chances.
