Afternoon all! Off to East Anglia today so won't be able to watch the match live. Besides, with our very ill cat in hospital fighting for his life it would be difficult to concentrate anyway. Hope he pulls through and that Wasps give us a double celebration.

Shame. With Wasps identifying him at Loughborough and transforming him from a 3rd choice Uni fly half to promising Premiership lock it would have been nice to see him develop his career further at Wasps but that's professional sport these days. I wish him well wherever he ends up playing.

Perfectly fair yellow and if a red had been given I wouldn't have been surprised.

Morning all. Great to be back on a match day. Hopefully lockdown training has gone well and we can pick up where we left off. A win would be ideal but a LBP against a strong Saints team wouldn't be a disgrace. COYW!!!

And we've a match next Friday too, so rotation is key. Think there'll be quite a few changes for that one as player fitness and management will be very important.

If it goes anything like football did when it returned there could be a lot of away wins initially. It appeared that the lack of a crowd to drive the home team on had an adverse effect on their performance. Let's hope so for Sunday!!

Very excited here too! As this is effectively a 10 pointer I think we should go flat out for the win. Assuming all are fit I'd go for

Sopoaga
Kibirige
Fekitoa
Gopperth
Watson
Umaga
Robson

McIntyre
Taylor
Brookes
Launchbury
Flament
Young
Willis
Shields

No idea if Shields can play 8 or not but might be worth a punt.

Well that's that then. CCFC have seemingly blown all chances of returning to the Ricoh by siding with SISU. I wish them good luck, but the stadium and all its add ons belongs to Wasps and it's probably best we now treat it as ours and move forward appropriately.
