Wasps Rugby Discussion / Georgian Second row?
« on: December 22, 2020, 02:15:59 PM »
Now I know my second row rumuors / guesses haven't always been great (got the Theo V exclusive from rfu disciplinary, started a big rumour of a South African second row from Montpellier as a result of Sunday morning musings) but this from twitter on Lasha Jaini, played all nations cup games

Wasps Rugby Discussion / Community rugby leagues cancelled
« on: October 30, 2020, 07:17:59 PM »
All leagues below championship for men and premiership for women cancelled for 20/21 season.
Unfortunately predictable but going to be really hard for community clubs to retain players and balance finances.
Tough times for grassroots so if you can support your local club in some way over the next few months.

Wasps Rugby Discussion / BB v Edinburgh

This game kicking off soon could bring back some memories I had tried hard to suppress, although I might even sit through those 2 games again now just to be back watching live rugby, how times change in so many ways!

Plenty of potentially interesting viewing on here over the weekend with a heavy Wasps involvement, also supporting Dallaglio charity.

Very powerful interview from Daily Mail with Rob, small mention of Wasps contact near the end.

Wasps Rugby Discussion / Twickenham Morning All
« on: April 18, 2020, 08:09:46 AM »
Morning All, hope people don't mind me starting this one but we are about to (not) leave for the station to head down to Twickenham for the Clash v Bath. It's pouring down here in Coventry I am going to assume it's glorious sunshine down south for a fine game of running rugby. Looking forward to a few cold ciders later (from my fridge), safe (non) travels all!

Interesting to see Miller at 12 and Owlett at loosehead.
Few others backing up from Saturday, possibly means they might not be needed next Saturday with others returning.
