Thinking about this earlier.
I could make an argument for Jimmy, but my vote would go for George Smith. He was only with us for one season but we are still seeing his influence today. The time he spent in training with Young and Jack Willis was well worth whatever he was paid.
I'd love to hear what others think.

Or.. from left field.. who was the young DoR at London Irish the previous season. He always came across as very astute with a good rugby brain probably hampered by the tools available to him.

1, Andy Goode hints at BIG news that sounds like coaching staff.
2, it is heavily rumoured that someone is backing out of a contract for next season (assumed a player but you never know).
