Maybe it's just me but, as the byline to the article says, with a fourfold increase in non contact injuries, why are they used for training ?

Before we criticise Carley for ignoring his team, as he clearly did on the full match replay,  is it possible that he was not ignoring them and simply could not hear? It is not unusual for refs to overrule their team, but they normally acknowledge it to explain why.  To ignore two direct calls of "red, red, red" is peculiar.
Obviously the driving at an angle was as clear as day, and the double yellow just odd, but there is at least a possibility that he was not hearing what we were.

Just as we didn't hear what Carley was hearing we didn't see what he was seeing and it just may be he was looking/seeing the cause whilst we were seeing the effect.

Either way, an interesting review meeting as posted above.

Pretty well set at 12?

We may have plenty of 12s on the books but we haven't had a game changer there for a while.

Re Jacob's 'try', Wayne Barnes had turned and was running back to the 50m line before the ball had been dropped

Whilst not a fan, I really don't get this constant Ben Youngs bashing. If you are of international quality, the thing that determines the length of your career is your ability to make the right decision every time.

If you critically watch an in form Dan Robson, you will see that he makes more mistakes than Ben Youngs.

That working in Japan was part of the Wasps deal suggests it was something he wanted to do whilst working for England and wasn't allowed.

One rule for Eddie?

VK keeps freezing at 1080p and 720p video quality - anyone else have the same problem?

Agree with the over-riding sentiment of the piece, but to hold Jones accountable for LCD's brain fart is perhaps stretching a point!

Also hard to blame Eddie for the two penalties Itojie gave in those last 15 minutes

Ref v good, Harlequins kit though is dreadful, has their Premiership success gone to their head?

One thing I have been trying to get my head around is how much better do you have to be as a winger/worse as a scrum half to have a DoR make this switch and how would the DoR make/measure the success of that decision?

Only managed to see the first half in snatches but every time I did, I was hugely impressed by Cardall who seemed to belie his comparatively lowly ranking in the second row pecking order.
