What bit was interesting? It was just a lot of words saying nothing, something like what a Politician would spout when asked about their departments finances.

The fact that he is keeping his supporters up to date on what is (or isn't) happening. There isn't much contained but it does show the cheats and shysters are starting to pull THEIR plans together.
