I’m told that on this occasion it has nothing to do with a lack of published news articles.

For those of you who still visit and contribute to the ‘other’ forum, I’m sure it’s hasn’t gone unnoticed that it’s been down for some considerable time.
I’ve spoken to one of the mods and there are some technical issues which is causing the delay in it going back online as opposed to any other reasons.
Matters are in hand and I’m sure it will be back up and running and a source of much argument again soon!

Yes, but we are still leaking 3-4 per game. Granted our attack is poor at the moment and needs addressing but just because our defence has been questionable for three of four seasons and doesn’t appear to be a whole lot worse this season isn’t a reason to try and change things.
This season we’ve had a few games where it hasn’t been too bad- Leinster being an example but equally we’ve had more than our fair share of shockers. My view is we still absolutely do need a rethink around defence but I admit it’s not the only issue.

Second half a bit more encouraging but we were dead and buried after 40 mins.
Thought Daly was dreadful today and his club form certainly doesn’t warrant England selection. I’m never going to accuse a player of not trying and I don’t think that is the case with Daly but something appears very wrong with him on the field at the moment.
Thought Carr was outstanding for us and Ben Morris has a solid game. Good to see Marcus Watson on the score sheet- hopefully this will help his confidence as I suspect we’ll need him to step up over the next few weeks.

It’s been painful to watch again. Leinster have not even got out of 3rd gear.
Have we ever been nilled at the Ricoh?
For me given there is nothing riding on the result there has been too much kicking the ball away in possession. When we have the ball we’ve looked okay until the inevitable knock on.
Under the high ball we have been pretty poor again and out ability to give away penalties just beggars belief.
There has been very little to cheer about at the Ricoh today. We really are a team that has fallen hugely from grace. Sad times.

On my way to the Ricoh now. M40 is a bit gloomy but it’s warmed up a degree or two compared to how it was this morning when the sun was out.
Leinster will be hugely up for this but given we’ve got nothing to play for in terms of the competition this may free us up a bit and I’d like to think the fact there’s no pressure might result in a better performance than we’ve seen served up of late.
Can see us bagging 2 or 3 tries but I can also see Leinster grabbing 4 or 5!
Let’s just hope we don’t suffer any more injuries.

Morning everyone.

Everyone’s focus has been on what’s going on OFF of the field but today none of that matters. It’s about building on the win against Briz and the decent 60 mins we had against Sarries.
With so many of us heading to Toulouse next week it would be great if we’ve still got something to play for.
Toulouse are going to be very strong and difficult to put away but I’ve got a good feeling today and I think we are going to give them a real fight and I reckon we’ll just edge it!

Our structures went to pot for about 20 mins in the second half and unfortunately Sarries were all over us as a result.
There are positives to take from this though and we’ve still got plenty of players to come back.
You’ve got to wonder when we’re going to get any luck whatsoever with injuries- Nathan going off is another huge blow and I doubt we’ll be seeing him next week. It’s particularly galling as he was our standout player today.

All told not too bad first 40.
Need to stop panicking when we get into their 22.
Hughes looking strong on his return and both Lima and Ross Neal having good games.
Rowlands continues to frustrate.
Just feel Saracens have yet to get into top gear. If they do we’ll struggle.I’m

Morning all. As the DW site has been down for days now I’ve decided to move over here!
Tough ask today- realistically a LBP would be a result but you just never know. We’re due a win at Allianz Park and the boys will have their confidence back after last week....
Looking forward to catching it on BT Sport.
