I think I'll be mostly watching Saints (hopefully) beat Tigers today.
Won't watch but hope that Glaws kick some Barnet butt.

Jimmy really struggling at 12 for Tigers. Echoes of last season unfortunately.

Practically anonymous. I was very surprised when he was offered 2 years by Tigers.

Borthers game is (IMO) looking quite 'old fashioned'.

Despite other comments, I think Jimmy had a good game. Anyway, all those yellows killed Saints. This game goes to show that you HAVE to have a good pack.

who would want to watch Leister, so boring, if they were the only team to watch I'd have to burn my eyes out, posters on here talk about the need for new fans how are Leister an advert for entertainment, milking scrum penalty's all game, who wants to watch that all game, and stupid reffs sending players off for technical infringement's, it's not a game I want to see.
this is why I love Wasps with all the highs and lows, a fan forever.

How do the cheats get stopped, It’s looking very ominous this season, unfortunately I could only see one winner this season

I am focused on whether we can attain, retain, and then improve on 9th. So, what do we need to do next weekend? Obviously, we are not playing, so how do we get from our current 10th to 9th?
I am assuming Chiefs will give Quins nothing tomorrow at Sandy Park. Indeed, if the margin is more than 19 points, we would move to 9th anyway, for the week.
Next weekend.
Worcester need to get nothing out of Gloucester at Kingsholm. I can see that happening.
Bath must not get a bonus point win away at Brentford. I can see that happening.
Quins play Saints at the Stoop. One of them needs to win, by a reasonable margin. I can see Quins doing that.
All of which would push Saints below us but Quins would go above us.
I suppose Falcons could win with a record breaking margin at home against Bristol. I think not.
Leaving us still at 9th for a second week. A fair reflection of our season so far, I think. By then, the financial stuff should have either been sorted, or hit the fan.

I think Europe will do for them.
They will have to put their 1st team out for European games, and they don't have the strength in depth that their cheating years allowed.

For me the depth will stop them doing the double and Europe just out of reach. No problem getting into the top 4 then concentrate on the semi and final.

Once you have given Farrell, Vunipola 1 & 2, Itoje, George, Daly etc etc [the website now mixes the male and female teams to make it less obvious] a 500k bung, they are tied to you for life.

That was my question too and my expected answer as from backdoc.
Basically half + of a Lions pack and several recent Lions in the backs. Certainly if looking at the Lions from 5 years ago - Sarries does look loaded.

There have been a few comebacks this weekend across the league.
I have a theory. I think teams might be doing it on purpose to make a mockery of BT Sport's ridiculous and pointless new win predictor "innovation".

Nice to see it happening to Chiefs and not us.
At the moment Chiefs have gone to pieces as much as we have recently.
While in the first half, Quins were let down a few times by poor handling coupled with perhaps a touch of over ambition with some of their off loading. A few of those start to stick and suddenly they look an infinitely better side. Sounds familiar.

Chiefs take it after the 80. Defo a forward pass, Tempo bottles it.
However, Quins suddenly stopped attacking on 75 minutes and tried kicking it away for 5 minutes to go. Fatal. They did what Wasps do, try to defend and keep the lead. It doesn't work. It isn't in their DNA, it isn't in ours.

That pass was forward to me. In the circumstances, Tempest should not have said his on field decision was a try. Criteria for calling it off were entirely different.

Exeter win it at the death. Clear forward pass spotted by TMO, but Tempest claims that forward isn't forward because of the direction of the hands. When did the direction of the ball stop being a thing? And before anyone trots out the flawed logic of forward momentum when the player is travelling at speed, Hogg was pretty much stationary when he made the pass.

I don't think anyone other than Tempest thought that pass wasn't forward. Quins robbed.

What annoys me most about the whole forward pass thing, is that if a player throws the ball marginally backwards but the wind blows it forward, then it's still a good pass because it came out if the hands backwards
But if a hooker throws the ball down the middle of a lineout but the wind blows it off course, then it's not straight

Phrase I liked for a forward pass recently was ‘that was thrown extremely flat’

I’d be fuming if I were a Quins fan. I might have imagined it but Tempest seemed extremely keen to give it. It was clearly forward as the TMO was rightly telling him but he just cut him dead. Very strange indeed.

He shot himself in the foot by awarding the try without thinking, then the TMO had to give him a cast iron reason NOT to award the try. At the other end, he actually mused, before awarding the try, that he should NOT award it until the TMO had looked. A brain fart. Not unusual for Tempo. He was clearly puffing after the run, and obviously wanted to get inside and go home.
