Seems trusted with big games - reffed last Sept's Exeter - Sarries game. I recognise the face

I just hope he's going to apply Laws 14 and 15 as written and described at World Rugby......be a welcome change

Excuse my ignorance but -  who are they??  Are we still being used to blood the beginners, because that's what it feels like.  Happy to be wrong.
