Bit of a dead rubber for both teams? A shame the coaches can't get together and decide to run a 'fun' game rather than still setting out to bash each other to bits. You know what I mean? No endless scrum resets (which, I am sure we all know, are deliberately caused), quick tap and go penalties, no kicks to goal or lineouts, no professional fouls, straight lineout throws, and so on.

I'm sure it will be played in that kind of spirit anyway as neither side will want to pick up injuries.  Nothing riding on it so hopefully an open game.  I say hopefully as I optimistically booked my travel months ago.  Will still be an enjoyable weekend regardless.

It opitimises 'dead rubber'. The clubs, supporter nor Tv companies care about it. Maybe both teams can have a few days off and call the game a training exercise to run some plays.
