No ,I’m not talking about the the England/France final.

Must be quiet in Coventry today as Telegraph are saying it’s being reported talks will resume in new year about CCFC returning to Ricoh.

Oh yes they will.

Well, the 6 year statute of limitations on civil action has run out, so I expect the EU Commission to soon reject their complaint, then they have no further recourse. So, yes, about time to start negotiations.

Out of interest...can the EU Commission give an opinion after 31 December as they will have no jurisdiction, and I would guess would not be able to enforce a decision even should it go SISU's way.

I believe any legal proceedings that started before the UK's withdrawal have to be concluded even if that conclusion is after the final withdrawal at the end of the year.  How it works if someone then raises a subsequent, separate,  associated action I don't know.
