Interesting discussion point from the Euro 1/4s commentary on Saturday

Picked this up from the commentary on the Chiefs game : "good sides know how to close out a game, even when only leading by a few points."

It had a certain truth to it, when you consider how we performed in the closing stages of our last two matches.

This is true. The desperation to win is clouding our thinking. It's not down to ability in those final few minutes, more to do with clear decision making. Having said that, watched two "top" sides in Racing 92 and Bordeaux Begles completely butcher the end of their semi yesterday so at least it's not just us!
