In fact very few rumours - seem to be dying out.

France - Strangely Ibitoye has no club.

Did I miss Agen releasing him? He had signed a 2 year deal last summer, expiring at the end of next season.

He was loaned to Montpellier from January
and as they have been relegated he is not taking part in their new season training. Suggests he has been released but as most clubs have finished their recruitment he is still looking for a new home.

That is not good, considering what he said about not wanting to play for an English club because of their 'boring' (my one word take on what he said) game play.

Yes but there is method in the madness. One of the coaches is a former Harlequins teammate. They want to play a a style of rugby that will suit his game. Effectively it's 6 matches between now and Christmas. If he goes well LG may well get another Premiership contract. If not it's a different experience to playing Championship Rugby or National League One. They have a very difficult draw so he will be testing himself against some good players.

Three matches in and he's played once on the wing with no impact and twice at 13, where as a creative midfield he's been sensational. Not as powerful as Paolo, but very tricky to defend and set up quite a few tries in two shock 2ins in Russia.

Sebastiaan Jobb, a wing/full back previously with the Bulls also looks a very useful player.

Thanks Marley. i was looking forwards to watching him at Agen, but with covid and relegation he was gone before spectators were readmitted. Not that Agen have scored any tries in the last 2 years.

I watched him in the U20 world cup in Beziers 2018, where his inability to pass was notable.
