Given the impending inclusion of the Saffas in the HC, I was wondering who made that call. Who are these faceless individuals? Are they club, national or whatever representaives???

Guessing must have been pitched to prem and top14 as being financially beneficial with increased tv payments at least from SA.

Presumably as it's a European leagues competition and they now play in a European league.
