"Certainly somebody like Shaun would be a fantastic statement" followed by "But if it's not Shaun, we would still be in the market to looking to improve what we've got."

Hopefully he is just being coy and the "like" and "but" are red herrings.

To New Zealand with Warren Garland? I do want him to come to us though.

I still don't think he will join Wasps, I know he likes a challenge and is a winner but there will undoubtedly be more appealing offers. Just my opinion....
It was fine when I left it.....

Knowing our luck, Eddie Jones will offer Shaun a role, and then make him sit on the bench permanently

I actually wonder if Shaun could work well with anyone except Gatland.
They've worked together for 15 years.

When 2 people have worked together so closely for so long, it's hard for either of them to work in a different environment.

Shaun will have tailored his coaching approach to work the way they Gatland wants, that may not be compatible with what's required elsewhere, so it's not always a simple transition.

That being said, I can't think of anyone I'd rather have come to Wasps
