I noted the two and a half year deal and thought that was strange. That can't be right surely.
There's nothing else too much I can comment on as it would be hypocritical of me to do so (such as moving to the Premiership for money/travelling etc.) but what I will say is that I think that professional sport is a unique industry which means that these players may not get away with as much as what us folk may do due to the emotion that is often attached to sport.
