No I think it was players out of position at the start - eg Rob at 12 Owlett at the other side etc.
Let me tell you something cucumber

Well, it wasn't a great night for the young Wasps where injuries certainly forced a lot of players to test themselves out of position.

Wasps' tweet after the final whistle. Does that mean that there were a lot of injuries during the game? If so, whom?

Oghre ill so did not play and 4 injured during the game : https://www.wasps.co.uk/news/report-worcester-cavaliers-75-21-wasps-a/

That’s a lot of injuries and looks like Owlett might have played across the front row tonight, started at LH, gone back to TH when Hunt went off injured, got subbed and then came back on at hooker when Dickinson got injured.
Hopefully he made it though as might be needing him over the next few weeks

Doesn’t look like there were any positives to take from this one apart from Worcester’s academy looking like it is doing some good things despite us having moved in next door

No, it means that injuries in the first team squad have sucked younger players, who would normally expect to play in the A team, into the first team. That has forced young players to play in the A team in positions they have never played before in order to make a team. The only team that Wasps have that doesn't have this issue is the U18s, who had a massive win on Saturday. I was, frankly, surprised were were even able to field a team of 23 last night.

Their academy may be doing good things, but just looking at their squad, they had a fair few more senior guys around than we did too. Especially when we're playing a backrow in the 2nd row, both our 2nd row were doubling up from the Edinburgh game, we lost our captain before the game started (who would have been doubling up too). And then the injuries. I can't imagine our scrum started well, let alone finished well, same with the lineout. Take away the set piece and you're already playing on the back foot.

The team looks like some of the 2nds teams I've played for, when you've thrown the net far and wide just to be able to put out a fit team (and numerous are carrying knocks).

EDIT - And a 15, backup 10, playing at 12...

And whilst that gives you no platform at set piece, most of the tries appeared from open play, where there is less impact from positional strains, such as a back row playing 2nd row.
Shipping 74 doesn't account for positional challenges IMO

From what I read some fairly experienced and seasoned senior players were pulling the strings - Van Breda, Fidow, Mama and Kitto. Peppering A-League teams with some very accomplished senior heads worked for Wuss, in comparison we had experience but playing out of position and what appeared like a team trying to get shape and cohesion. I expected us to lose but not by such a frightening margin.
It was fine when I left it.....
