I often get irritated when players are referred to in posts by nicknames which don't give you a clue as to who is being referred t unless you are part of the "in crowd" who do know butt I must say I have been amused by the wit applied to giving Saracens a nickname.

EA
Sorries
Sorrysins

As one last Saracens fling, please add your recollection of others attributed.

Salaries.

Plus any version of their name that replaces the letters with currency symbols, eg $ara¢€n$.

Plus a great many more that lean more towards the offensive rather than the witty and I'm not sure that was your intention so I'll keep them to myself!

I quite like Salarysins. There are others that come but are not suitable for a family audience.

The late Dixie always referred to them as the Saffacens, which obviously was not so appropriate after the SA investors withdrew, but even then he was adamant that they were buying success.

If he was alive now he'd be spinning in his grave :)

Contractors are moving into Allianz Park next week to start work raising the pitch by 10ft at one end - Clearly the EAs still aren't keen on competing on a level playing field! :P :P

I thank you ;)

This genuinely made me laugh out loud.  Thanks.
