Good enough to work for/with Garland and Edwards is good enough for me.  He wouldn’t be top of my list but I would be content with him.

How do Howley's misdeeds compare with Phil Blake's?

Howley must have known what he was doing was against rugby regulations and the fact he used WRU email and mobile phones to make bets makes me think he either wanted to get caught or had a serious problem with gambling that clouded his judgement.

I wouldn't be surprised he if looks for work farther afield.. perhaps using his contacts that he must have made during his time with WRU/Gatland to go abroad, perhaps a tier 2 country (whatever that is).

I'm not sure him joining Wasps would be a big enough change of circumstances for him.

If the problems are behind him that's no problem for me.  If they are likely to rear their head again in the future I would be worried.  Hope they are in the pst.  Everyone deserves a second chance if they are a thing of the past IMHO.
