Euro Quarters Refs

The Toulouse v Ulster match has WEayne Barnes as the Ref but his whole support team are French.

Could see Barnes asking for a replay against Toulouse and it being unavailable!!

Likewise Leinster v Sarries has a French Ref and the rest are Irish.

Similar for the Challenge Cup matches.

Restricting travel is the reason.

From recollection, he speaks French. I am sure I have listened to him speaking French before (as the ref), and it was quite good French.
